WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We want our xylitol candies to arrive  in the best conditions, that’s why we need a day since you deposit your order to review it and take it through quality control. You will receive all the detailed information of your shipment in the email you provided us after your purchase. All orders will arrive 24-48 hours since your request. If you have any delivery requirements, you must add it as a comment to facilitate the process so you can enjoy your Cracx candies as soon as possible.

CAN I RETURN / CHANGE MY PURCHASE?

If the candies received do not match with your order´s requirements (e.g wrong flavour), you can contact us by sending an email at info@cracxilitol.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to study your case personally. The return must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Once your return request is accepted by cracxilitol, you will always receive your original order, it will not be exchanged for another flavor. In no other case, the product may be returned or replaced. THE NATURAL HEALTHY AND HONEST FOOD COMPANY S.L. takes very seriously  the packaging and shipping of its products. Once the four unit box is opened in any way, it will not be possible to execute the change. Any modification or alteration of the product may take us to bring legal actions. All these requirementes ensure the maximum care of the quality and the guarantee of the product we offer.
